Website use
Information on this website is for general information about our services. Estimates are free and are not binding until we agree on a written quote. Project photos show our past work. Please do not misuse the site, try to interfere with it, or submit false information.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
Program. Triple I Drywall Text Messages are sent by TRIPLE I DRYWALL INC. There are two separate kinds of messages, and you choose each one with its own optional checkbox: non-marketing texts (estimate requests, appointment confirmations and reminders, job updates, and replies to your inquiries) and marketing texts (special offers, discounts, and service updates).
Consent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Rates. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply "STOP" to any text from us. After you send "STOP", we will send you one SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, TRIPLE I DRYWALL INC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Work we perform is governed by the written agreement for that job.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
